Fluctuation In House Prices Across The Midlands

Only one county in the region saw a price increase.

There was a mixed bag of changes to house prices across the midlands in November.

The CSO's latest Residential Property Price Index has revealed Laois was the only county in the region to see an increase in the price of a home.

There was a decrease in Westmeath, while prices remained stagnant in Offaly.

Property prices increased by 2.9%  across the country.
