Food Safety Authority of Ireland Serves Midlands Business With Closure Order

The Food Safety Authority of Ireland issues enforcement orders for eight businesses.

The Food Safety Authority of Ireland ordered eight businesses to shut down last month.

Enforcement orders were issued for restaurants, takeaways, and shops in Dublin, Limerick, Meath, Galway, Tipperary and Offaly in February.

Inspectors found evidence of rats, no hot running water for handwashing or cleaning, and raw chicken being prepared on the same surface as salads.
