Edufit and Laois Sports Partnership are running the programme for middle aged and older women.
If you're a middle aged or older woman in Laois and would like to learn how to "live longer, and live better", there's a new free online fitness course looking for participants.
Edufit, in association with Laois Sports Partnership, is running a six week online strength training and education programme.
The course involves two 40-minute weekly training classes, along with a 20 minute education workshop.
It gets underway on the 20th of May, and anyone interested in taking part can sign up on edufit.ie.
