A community fundraising walk is being held for a Westmeath man who experienced a 'devastating freak accident'.
Mark Leader suffered a life changing spinal cord injury at his home earlier this year, leaving him paralysed from the neck down.
The fundraiser is taking place at Clonkill GAA Club on Monday at 11:00am.
The event aims to raise funds to support his ongoing care, rehabilitation, and necessary home adaptations.
