John Stones was taken to Ballinasaloe Hospital where he was pronounced dead on Saturday evening.
The Offaly man, who died in a crash in Roscommon over the weekend, will be laid to rest later this week.
John Stones, from Moate, passed away after a collision involving his motorcycle on Saturday evening in Cloneish.
His Funeral Mass will take place at the Church of the Holy Family in Tubber on Wednesday at 12 noon, with the burial afterwards in Kilcurley Cemetery.
He is survived by his mum Marian, his brothers Brian and Joseph, sister Katie, and his grandparents.
