17 year old Levi Ward was last seen in Tullamore on Friday evening (20th August).
He's described as 5 foot 7 in height, slim build and has dark blond hair with blue eyes.
It is unknown what he was wearing at the time.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to contact gardaí.
