Gardaí are seeking information on the whereabouts of a missing teenager from Laois.

17-year-old Lorcan Meehan has been missing from Portlaoise since Tuesday June 4th, he was last seen around 3.40pm that day.

Lorcan is described as being 5'8 with a slim build. He has blond hair and blue eyes.

When last seen Lorcan was wearing a dark red/maroon t-shirt with navy blue sleeves and navy blue Nike runners
