A new report has suggest workers should be allowed to defer their retirement until they reach 75.
The State should be focusing on taking older people further away from the poverty line now, rather than trying to plan for events in the future.
That's according to the past president of Active Retirement Ireland, Multyfarnham's Anne Drury.
