Government support from the Regional Independent Group in key votes could be in doubt, due to a delay in delivering on promises made during the vote on the Eviction Ban.
The group made eight proposals at the time, including extending the Croí Conaithe Grant, and changes to the Fair Deal scheme which would allow people in nursing homes to keep all of the rental income generated by their homes.
The government delivered on the former, but is yet to introduce the latter, or another demand which would see rent-a-room relief extended to cover medical cards.
