The company has plants in Roscrea and Edenderry.
Ongoing health and safety risks to workers at a meat processing plant in the midlands have been brought to the attention of the Minister for Agriculture.
Laois/Offaly TD Sinn Féin Brian Stanley says up to 140 workers were out sick at Rosderra Meats in Roscrea last week, with 120 subsequently testing positive for coronavirus.
The company also operates a processing facility in Edenderry.
