The number of people accessing emergency accomodation in the region dropped to 104 in November, down from 106 in October.
This stands in contrast to the national figure which increased month on month from 8830 to 9099.
Westmeath continues to have the most adults availing of the service with 36, followed by 31 in Laois and Longford and 19 in Offaly.
The number of child dependents has increased by one to 18, a trend reflected by national figure which rose by 35 to 2548 in November.
