A Local Election candidate doesn't want to see people being moved from one facility to another.
It's hoped the jobs created in a private hospital in Offaly will be new jobs.
Sinn Féin Local Election Candidate, Tim Farrell, says he doesn't want to see staff moved from other facilities in the midlands to Wellwood Hospital in Tullamore.
Up to 300 jobs could be created as a result of the facility, which will have over 50 in-patient beds and 70 day beds.
Mr. Farrell says he has some concerns over construction traffic:
