Westmeath was the only county in the midlands to see a rise in housing prices.
The cost of buying a home increased by 5.6% in the year to June.
That's down from a rate of 6.1% in the 12 months to May.
It's the lowest rate of increase since January 2024.
In the last month in Westmeath, the price stands at €333,000 up slightly by €3,000, while it's down slightly from €289,000 to €287,000 in Offaly, and the price remains unchanged in Laois at €350,000.
CSO figures show Dublin property prices rose by 4.6%, while they increased by 6.4% in the rest of the country.
