Sean O'Brien who lives in Durrow, is selling his property for a smaller one in Durrow village and must sell 225 thousand tickets to receive the value of his house.
The 70 year old has been living on the outside of Durrow for eight years with his family.
The cost of the ticket to enter the competition is six euro.
