The Housing Minister continues to refuse to place a target on the level of homelessness going into the future.
It's after record highs of 12,441 people in emergency accommodation in May - 20% higher than at the end of the same month last year.
210 of those were without permanent accommodation in the midlands in May.
The Government's Housing for All progress report found over 6,700 completions in the first quarter of the year - with ministers confident of exceeding its targets for 2023.
However, one target Housing Minister Darragh O'Brien isn't setting is how many people will be in emergency accommodation by the end of the year:
