Two midlands events are going taking before the upcoming elections.
Farmers in the Midlands will have their first chance to meet the Irish Farmer's Association presidential candidates this week.
Toomevara pig farmer Tim Cullinane, John Coughlan from Cork and Wicklow's Angus Woods are all in the running to take over the role from Joe Healy.
The candidates will debate the issues at the Mullingar Park Hotel on Thursday and the Laois/Offaly hustings take place in the Tullamore Court Hotel on next Tuesday.
Voting kicks off for more than 940 branches across the country at the end of this month.
