An Independent TD says she stands by her decision to use Ashling Murphy's name during a debate on immigration.

Sligo-Leitrim Deputy Marian Harkin's comments were criticised by the Taoiseach during yesterday's discussion in the Dáil, who said it was "really wrong."

Jozef Puska was convicted for the murder of the 23-year-old Offaly schoolteacher in Tullamore in November.
