It's ahead of another High Court hearing on the site in November.
It looks like all residents have left a Westmeath IPAS centre that's been at the centre of a long running High Court dispute.
Councillors in Athlone who have taken on the State over the planned 1,000 person capacity immigration accommodation centre say they've seen tents on the site being dismantled.
It follows a High Court order that 32 international protection applicants who were staying on the grounds were relocated to alternative centres.
The case will return to court on the 7th of November as the State tries to 'regularise' legislation to ensure the plans in Athlone can continue.
