The Irish Men's Sheds Association is calling on the Government to invest €3.55 million in Men's Sheds as part of its Pre-Budget 2027 submission.
The Offaly based organisation, represents 484 Men's Sheds and around 100,000 weekly visitors.
It says the funding would help secure the long-term sustainability of the movement.
Among its eight recommendations are making the annual Men's Shed Grant permanent, introducing funding for new sheds and essential service connections, and removing commercial rates.
