His two brothers, Marek and Lobomir, are now on trial accused of withholding information from gardai; namely that Jozef Puska had returned home with visible injuries on the night of the murder, and that he travelled to Dublin that night.
Marek is also accused of not telling the investigation team that he was aware of an arrangement to burn the clothes worn by Jozef at the time of the murder; and of not telling them that he’d admitted to killing, or seriously injuring, a woman with a knife.
