Laois Councillor Defends Record On Work in Midlands Town

Independent rep Ben Brennan says he's worked hard to try and develop infrastructure in Graiguecullen.

A Laois Councillor is defending his record when it comes to working for a Midlands town.

Independent rep Ben Brennan says he's worked his "rear end off" trying to develop infrastructure in Graiguecullen.

Carlow Councillor Paul Doogue believes Mr Brennan should be able to make things happen such improving footpaths in the town that runs along the Laois/Carlow border.

Councillor Brennan says a lack of funding from central government is the problem.
