A Laois councillor believes the development of 62 houses is too much.
A Laois councillor believes the development of 62 houses is to much as there is currently 29 people on the housing list in Stradbally.
The Carri Glass seven acre site was bought for over 1 million euro with the council borrowing money from the Housing Financial Agency.
There is no planning application yet for the site but local authority have approved for a site assessment.
