Thobeka Msani, with an address on the Stradbally Road in Portlaoise, was found to have under-declared €79,000 income tax in an audit case, with a further €40,000 added in interest and penalties.
Her name appears on today’s list of Tax Defaulters, along with a machinery dealer and landlord from Offaly.
Ronan Mooney from Kilmaine, Fortal, Birr was hit with a €60,000 penalty by the courts for under-declaring income tax of nearly €150,000.
