The Justice Minister has revoked a deportation order for a Laois family.
Lucy Adabowale and her sons received the notice last June after applying for International Protection Status.
They're currently awaiting a second appeal hearing.
It's believed the father, who returned to Nigeria from Ireland was abusive and has made alleged death threats to them.
