They're a familiar face in the show.
A Laois family will be among those vying for the title of Ireland's Fittest Family this year.
The Gallaghers fell short last year in Season 10 of the show, but are back for redemption in the RTÉ competition.
Sonia's family, now with the help of Kayleigh, will be taking on the Murphys from Carlow, Louth's Farrells, and the McCarthys from Cork.
The families will battle it out for two coveted places in the next round of the competition at a brand-new location - The Farm.
The competition gets underway this Sunday on RTÉ One and RTÉ Player at 6.30pm.
