A Laois company is celebrating being recognised for its success in decarbonising one of the country's biggest private hospitals.
Aubren, located in Portlaoise, has won Best Sustainable Product at the ‘Product of the Show’ Awards at the SEAI Energy Show at the RDS in Dublin.
Aubren received the award for successfully delivering a phased retrofit and decarbonisation programme at St Vincent's Private Hospital.
The retrofit upgraded air handling units with high-efficiency fans, reducing energy use, emissions, and lifecycle impact without disrupting clinical operations.
