A Laois mother feels she's wasted 22 years advocating for mental health services.

Occupational therapists are being redeployed within the HSE to carry out covid-19 tests and tracing, with the Junior Health Minister saying it could be months before they return to they normal roles.

Mary Dunne - from Laois Offaly Families For Autism - says they've reached desperation point, with children already waiting four years or more to see a therapist.

She says tirelessly lobbying politicians and the HSE seems to have gotten her nowhere:
