A Laois mum who underwent a heart transplant two years ago, will be laid to rest tomorrow.
41-year-old Denise Geoghegan, who's a mum of three, passed away on Tuesday.
The local community held a Go Fund Me Campaign at the time to raise money to support her and her family during her treatment.
Denise will repose at Maher's Chapel of Rest, Portarlington this evening at 5pm.
Her funeral will take place in St Michael's Church on Saturday at 11am.
