Elderly people are feeling a sense of digital exclusion due to a lack of face-to-face services.
That's according to Green Party Local Election Candidate, Fiona Dunne, who says there are also issues with vacancies and dereliction.
She wants to see more utilities services, banks and mobile phone companies interacting with their customers in person.
