This free event is open to people over the age of 18.
Laois and Offaly Education and Training Board is partnering with Suicide or Survive to host a free Wellness Workshop in Offaly.
The Irish charity focuses on Mental Health and Suicide Prevention, by providing practical wellness and training courses.
They are bringing a half - day Wellness Workshop to Edenderry today.
The workshop is for anyone over the age of 18 and will have people with both lived life experience of mental health difficulties, and people with experience of working in various mental health arenas.
Attendees will get practical and effective tools and tips that can be used in everyday life to improve wellness.
The workshop runs from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm, in Green Harbour (St. Patrick's Street, Edenderry, Co. Offaly, R45 F791).
