The Laois Offaly Education Training Board has snagged two awards at this year's Aontas STAR Awards ceremony at Croke Park.
LOETB's Transformative Journey for Traveller Women won the Better Recognition Shooting Star Award.
While their 'Beyond the Barriers' project recieved the Special Recognition Award for adult literacy initiatives.
Beyond the Barriers focused on 20 learners who filmed personal accounts of their journey of returning to education and discovering a love for learning.
