A man has been taken to hospital following a workplace accident in Laois.
The incident occurred at a premises in Mountmellick yesterday morning at 11am.
Gardaí and emergency services attended the scene and the man, who is in his late teens, was taken to St. James' Hospital for treatment.
Officers say no offences have been disclosed in relation to the incident.
