Dylan McCarthy, who's from Kilmallock, Limerick, passed away on Monday at Tallaght Hospital.
Dylan's funeral mass will take place in Saint Peter and Paul's Church, Kilmallock on Sunday at 4pm, with burial afterwards to Dromin Cemetry.
He is deeply missed by his heart-broken parents Eamonn and Marita, and his partner Aoife.
