A mental health charity is calling on people to consider an alcohol free Christmas this year.

Turn2Me, the online mental health support service says that a zero alcohol approach reduces stress, makes for better sleep, improves your mood and encourages a more inclusive celebration.

The charity also says there's been numerous recent studies that link alcohol with mental health issues
