A Midlands animal rescue shelter wants the government to outlaw puppy yoga.
My Lovely Horse Rescue believes the developing practice encourages unethical breeding at puppy farms.
It comes after the charity conducted an undercover investigation into a company promoting puppy yoga.
Volunteers pretended to be breeders, offering the company five-week old dogs, who should still be with their mothers.
The company had no hesitation in taking them on.
The practice is now outlawed in Italy, and Co-Founder of My Lovely Horse Rescue Martina Kenny says Ireland should follow suit:
