€100m is to be invested into the holiday village in Longford.
Irish holiday makers heading to Centreparcs are paying significantly more than if they stayed at one of the firm's UK sites.
The company is about to invest another €100m at its holiday village at the midlands resort, adding 200 lodges, new restaurants and expanding its swimming pool.
However a family heading to Longford for a midweek stay in July will pay €3,098 for a week, while in the UK the same stay would cost just under €2,000.
Centreparcs CEO Colin McKinley says that's because the Irish and UK markets are distinctly different:
