Midlands Child Sends Special Care Package To Local Garda Station

She wanted to thank them for all the work they are doing on the frontline.

A Laois child is thanking Gardaí in the midlands by sending them a care package.

The 11-year-old sent members of Ballylinan Garda Station crisps, biscuits and bread to thank them for all the work they are doing on the frontline.

In her note, Anna said she sent the supplies so they could make a Tayto sandwich and asked them to keep up the good work and stay safe.

She also sent them a couple of jokes including: what do you call an old snowman? Water!
