Tulsa is requesting all childcare outlets submit mandatory documentation by December 12th.
The introduction of new fire safety rules for creches is being postponed because of fears they could force smaller facilities to close.
Tulsa wrote to all childcare outlets earlier this week confirming that they need to submit mandatory documentation by December 12th.
The documentation is required to allow operators to remain open next year.
Requirements for fire safety checks will now be delayed until June.
