A local Councillor says the issue has been ongoing since 2014.
Families and farmers in Laois are experiencing water outages several times a week.
That's according to Fianna Fail Cllr Paschal McEvoy, who is calling on Irish Water to replace the pipes at the Stradbally reservoir.
