Midlands Forcaster Defends Service After Comments From MET Eireann

It's after he issued a warning prior to Storm Elsa.

A Midlands forcaster is defending his service after it was described as ameturish by MET Eireann. 

Cathal Nolan is making the comments after Head of Forcasting Clonaslee's Evelyn Cusack said it was solely their responsability to provide weather warnings.  

He believe's there is room for multiple forcasters and that people will ultimately decide where they get their weather. 

It's after Storm Elsa caused heavy rain, strong winds and flooding along the west coast and parts of the Midlands.
