Gardai in Westmeath say they have been receiving reports about Licensed Premises offering alcohol for sale and delivery.
They say the businesses are not allowed to sell alcohol or offer a delivery service while the premises are closed.
Gardaí are concerned if the stock is sold off it will result in parties and further non-adherence to Government guidelines, which will increase the number of calls about parties and domestic incidents.
They are also urging people to stay safe and keep their social distance.
