Midlands gardaí are warning motorists to be extremely careful on the roads this morning.
Icy conditions are being reported across the region, with some very slippery surfaces in places.
It comes after two separate collisions in Offaly and Laois this morning.
A car left the road at Barney Bridge between Ballycumber and Clara, shortly after 7.30.
While another driver also left the road on the N80, on the Carlow side of Stradbally.
Both incidents have since been cleared and Gardaí say no one was injured.
