That's according to a Westmeath doctor.

Women no longer have to just accept menopause and 'get on with it.'

That's the advice from Athlone's Dr. Deirdre Forde on World Menopause Day - who says research has come a long way in the past four years.

Common signs to look out for are insomnia, fatigue, hot flushes and even brain fog.
