Midlands Health Expert Says Miscommunication Could Be Reason For Missed Covid Tests

She says close contacts of a case may not realise they need to be swabbed twice.

It's believed miscommunication is the reason why so many people are not turning up for their covid-19 test.

Up to 1,000 people are missing their scheduled test every day.

Anyone who may be infected is asked to present for two swabs on "day zero" and "day seven" - as the incubation period of the virus is 14 days.
