The agency has released the first 'National Climate Change Risk Assessment report' to offer advice on how to make the country more climate resilient.
It highlights 43 significant risks to areas such as public health, water security, transport and food production.
The midlands is highlighted as being most at danger of flooding, with 3.3% of land at risk based on 2050 projections compared to 1.7% nationally.
