Geowox's Housing Market Report for Q shows Laois recorded the biggest increase at over 16%, with prices now standing at €360,000.
Offaly follows at €300,000, up 13.2%, while a house in Westmeath will now set you back an average of €321,000 , an increase of 10.7%
Portlaoise is the town that saw the biggest rise at over 29%, followed by Tullamore with 24% and Mullingar at 23.8%
