Midlands North West MEP Ciaran Mullooly is urging the Taoiseach and government TDs to expand the National Development Plan to offset EU funding cuts.
He believes the EU's draft 2028-2034 budget is a "dereliction of duty" for undermining regional cohesion and rural investment.
