Drivers across Laois and Offaly were spotted exceeding speed limits.
Over 3,000 motorists were detected speeding over the Easter Bank Holiday Weekend.
While 138 people were arrested for driving under the influence.
A motorist in Laois was caught speeding at 191 kilometres an hour on the M7.
Laois Roads Policing Unit says the motorist has been arrested and charged to appear before a District Court at a later date.
In Offaly, a driver was caught speeding at 107 kilometres an hour in an 80 zone on the N52, Mounthenry in Birr on Saturday.
Meanwhile, another motorist in the county was detected speeding at 98 kilometres an hour in a 60 zone on the Dangan Road, Tullamore on Sunday.
