Midlands Nutritionist Offers Weight-Loss Tips For Women Over-40

Lifestyle and personal circumstance could be as important as diet and excersise for maintaining a healthy weight for women over 40.

That's according to a midlands nutrionist who says once people reach the age of 35, they lose muscle mass which is used to burn fat, this process is more pronounced for women.

Skipping meals is another metabolism-damaging practice less prevalent in men.
