Just 55% of respondents in the region say that climate change is personally important to them.

People in the midlands are among the least concerned about climate change in the country.

That's according to a recently released report by the Environmental Protection Agency.

Just 55% of respondents in the region say that climate change is personally important to them.

The border region say they're least affected on a personal basis with 52%, with Dublin being the most affected according to respondents, at 67%.

The National average is 61%.
